TABLETS
The latest GMP features are incorporated in the manufacturing of tablets. The facility is equipped with sophisticated RMG, fluidized bed dryers, blender, high speed double rotary tablet compression machine (Auto force reject), auto coater and more. The tablet section is capable of manufacturing uncoated, enteric coated, sugar coated and film coated tablets, with a capacity of over a million tablets in a single shift.
LIQUID ORALS
The latest GMP features are incorporated in the manufacturing of liquid orals. The facility is equipped with automatic manufacturing, filling and sealing machines capable of producing large volumes of liquid orals both suspensions and syrups. HEPA filters are installed in both manufacturing and filling areas. High production capacity of 1000 bottles per shift can be achieved. The products are offered in both glass and PET bottles.
